高剪切真空乳化機產品簡介：
實驗室均質乳化成套反應系統是專門為同時實現不同反應條件而設計，主要由反應釜系統、攪拌混合系統、乳化均質系統構成、同時可擴展溫度控制系統、真空壓力系統、各種數據采集系統。能夠同時提供混合、攪拌、分散、乳化、均質工藝要求，在真空環境下同時實現溫度控制。
高剪切真空乳化機適用反應：
l 乳酪，洗發液，護膚液，洗面奶等生產；
l 藥品和化妝品；
l 固液懸浮劑（如高分子的液體懸浮劑）；
l 將固體均質后的細小顆粒分散到液體或者融化體中；
l 將添加劑或高分子材料懸浮在礦物油中；
l 通過濕法研磨或分散固體，纖維，多筋的樣品，組織，細胞等分散到液體或者高分子基質中；
l 對化工物料的預處理；
l 奶制品和保健食品的生產；
